Here at 1 Stop, we love to celebrate equality, diversity and a positive attitude towards work and life! Due to the nature of work that we do, it only feels right that we acknowledge mental health awareness week and use it to spread some positivity! Therefore, here are a few things to help you remain happy.
1.MAKE OTHER PEOPLE HAPPY- You'll be surprised what a difference making somebody smile can make to your day. Help others. Share the positive vibes and positive things will come back to you. This is why we love our job at 1 stop so much! We get to make other people happy. 2.DO WHAT YOU LOVE- If there is something that you love to do then do it! If you don't like your job, change it (maybe consider starting a career with us). If you love to sing, sing loud. If you want to dance, dance. Put your passion into what you enjoy. Even if it is just a hobby. Otherwise, what's the point? 3.DON'T WORRY ABOUT WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINK- You will feel so much better when you stop caring about what other people think of you. It's okay to be silly. It's okay to do things or wear things that other people don't understand. You are you. Love yourself enough for any other peoples opinions to be irrelevant. The 1 Stop Team are supportive of people from all walks of life and you will never be judged here. 4.CLEAR OUT NEGATIVITY- We like to share good vibes only at 1 Stop Healthcare! Give it a go. 5.MAKE MEMORIES AND TAKE PICTURES- Enjoy every day. 6.SPEND TIME OUTSIDE- Nothing beats fresh air. Go outside and take in a big deep breath. Look at the sky. Go for a walk. Sit near water or under a tree. Nature is a powerful and beautiful thing. 7.READ A GOOD BOOK- Find a book that takes you to a different world. Find something that you want to read again and again. Let yourself live inside of the pages and enjoy every second of it. 8.WORK HARD AND FOCUS- Always give yourself a goal to work towards to keep you motivated. 1 Stop Healthcare offers our employees plenty of training opportunities and we always want to help our staff become better workers and people. 9.EAT WELL- It will make you feel good! 10.NO PHONE- Take a leaf out of our candidates book! It's refreshing now and again! 11.LAUGH AT YOURSELF- Try not to take yourself too seriously. It can sometimes be difficult but learn to find the humour in things. It helps. You're only here after once after all. We love to laugh here at the office! 12.SPEND TIME WITH YOUR LOVED ONES 13. LEARN NEW THINGS- 1 Stop Healthcare gives our employees plenty of opportunities to be trained, including gaining their QCF Level 2 and 3 in Health and Social Care. 14.
